Our new Chipotle Ranch dressing has become our favorite condiment. We put this dressing on EVERYTHING, but our favorite way to enjoy this dressing is on top of a fresh salad. Yes, it is excellent on pizza, too, but there is something about a light bit in the afternoon that makes our day better.
Palisade Peach Shacks Chipotle Ranch Salad features romaine lettuce mix, cilantro, tortilla chip strips, parmesan cheese, and PPS Chipotle Ranch Dressing. In 5 mins you can make a delightful lunch. To make this recipe even more convenient, my family will per-mix the salad in a large bowl without the dressing and leave it in the refrigerator. When we get hungry, we simply scoop a portion of the mix into a bowl and add the Ranch.
Chipotle Ranch Salad Recipe
5 - 10 min
serves 4
You will need:
- Romaine Lettuce Mix
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup tortilla chip strips
- parmesan cheese (shredded)
- PPS Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, combine a full bag of romaine lettuce mix and fresh cilantro. Toss the lettuce and cilantro until cilantro is even incorporated.
Top salad with Palisade Peach Shacks Chipotle Ranch Dressing, tortilla chip strips, and parmesan cheese. Serve
