Tomatillo Steak Tacos

If you are spending your Friday night at home, you have to make Palisade Peach Shack's Tomatillo Steak Tacos! These tacos are simple but delicious and will spice up our evening. ⁠

Tomatillo Steak Tacos Recipe

20 - 30 min

serves 4

You will need:⁠

- 24oz of steak⁠ ⁠

- 1 medium onion ⁠ ⁠

- 1/3 cup PPS Tomatillo Salsa⁠

- cilantro ⁠ ⁠

- 1 lime ⁠ ⁠

- 1 jalapeno⁠ ⁠

- tortillas⁠ ⁠

- salt & pepper ⁠ ⁠

Pour 1/3 cup of Palisade Peach Shack Tomatillo Salsa in a medium-sized bowl. Place the 24oz of steak into the salsa and rub until salsa completely coats the steak. Place in refrigerator for 10 mins to marinate.⁠ ⁠ ⁠

While the steak is marinating, prepare all the toppings for the tacos. Dice the onion and place in a small bowl. Wash the cilantro and chop set aside in a small bowl. Next, cut the lime into wedges and set aside. Lastly, dice jalapenos and place them in a small bowl.⁠ ⁠ ⁠

Take the steak out of the refrigerator. Cut the steak into square bite-sized pieces. Place steak in a pan and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cook steak until pink in the middle. ⁠ ⁠ ⁠

It's time to assemble and serve the tacos. Place a tortilla on a plate, then center a portion of steak on the tortilla. Top with onion, cilantro, and jalapeno, and finish with a lime wedge on the side. Enjoy!⁠ ⁠ ⁠
